Villa Peridot is the largest and most luxurious in our complex and suitable for 8 + 2 persons.

Peridot as a gem occurs rarely, so does this Villa. It's possible to build this type only on a few sites in complex Pearls of Abbazia. Type 3 villa is allways nestled into the edge of a hilltop, offering panoramic skyline over Kvarner bay and islands. Big glass windows on south and split level design allows the building to comply with city development traditional restrictions while maximizing views out and privacy from the street below.
